¿How do we send?
The shipment leaves directly from our production chain located in Barcelona, so we are the ones that we carry the product to the transport company, we do not have intermediaries.
Follow-up emails are automatically sent to the recipient's mail as soon as we realize the shipment.
Our headquarters is in Barcelona, We send directly the product des of that city.
Unless there are circumstances derived from the personalization of each product, we will send you the request within the indicated period in each description of the product, and therefore, in a maximum of 10 business days to count from the date of order confirmation. That is, there are two types of shipments that will depend both from the preparation and personalization process:

Orders will be processed in 3-5 business days from our headquarters and will arrive at your destination in 24-48 hours after your shipment.
Shipping (personalized products - Stamping or Embroidery of initials):

| Canary Islands | 10-15 business days |
| Portugal | 10-15 business days |
| International | 10-15 business days |
Orders will be processed in 10-15 business days from our headquarters and will arrive at your destination in 24-48 hours after your shipment.
If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to move forward with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or annul the order with the total refund of the payment paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or the order has been "delivered" at the time you or a third one indicated by you realize the collection of the products, which will be credited through the Reception signature of the order in the agreed delivery address.
