Returns
Only returns are accepted within a period of 14 Natural Days, Yes:
- The product is found in poorly or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, the article must be unused and in the same conditions in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
Returns are not accepted in a personalized product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and notify us neaurashop@gmail.com.Your decision to desist.
Refunds
Once your refund is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you with the approval or rejection of your reimbursement.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original payment method in a few days (the shipping cost is not reimbursed).
Late or lost refunds
If you have not received your reimbursement yet, please contact your bank, you can take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.

Exchanges

1. Avoid direct contact with water or products with alcohol as perfumes.
2. If you have contact with products with alcohol or perfume it is advisable to clean them after each use so that there are no remains.
3. It is not recommended to bathe in pool or beach because of chlorine and salt.
Taking into account our recommendations based on the Neaura Shop jewelry collection is not responsible for the non-recommended use of products by consumers or guarantees the long-term durability of the State for its misuse.
Shipping costs for returns
Once the order leaves our headquarters and is received by the transport company, you will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return of the article. Shipping costs are not refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the return will be deducted from your refund.
If you are sending a value product greater than 70 euros, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
